To get the most out of the Force24 platform, you will need to install the web tracking and capture script.
Tracking Script
Once this script is applied we can start tracking anyone who clicks on your email campaigns. Please note on page 6 we also detail any tracking extras, we would suggest Anonymous data collection is applied to activate for IP tracking! Where it mentions client ID this can be found at the top of your settings page.

Form Capture Script
From capture can be found from page 4 onwards if you wish for web form data to flow into portal.
The script will require the ID of a marketing list, please send a list of URL's to your Account Manager who can create this for you. Alternative, the guide below provides instructions on how to create this list.
