When building an email, you can add a link which will redirect contacts who click on the link on a mobile to their keypad, with the specified mobile number already typed in and ready to dial.

You can add a telephone link in two ways, via a cta button or as a clickable piece of text.

To add it in a cta button, you would first need to insert a cta into the email template.

When creating this button, rather than adding a standard url, instead you can add tel: followed by the mobile number in the hyperlink section, like below:

 

 

Then, when people click this button on mobile, they will be redirected to their keypad with the mobile number already inserted in the keypad:

 

 

To add a telephone link within the text, you need to highlight the specified piece of text you want to add it to, right click and then click the ‘link’ button:

 

 

When you have done this, again you just need to add tel: followed by the number you want people to call and then click the ‘add link’ button:

 

It will then be obvious to the contacts receiving the email which button to click, as it will render as a blue colour in the email:
