What is the Force24 Data Validation tool?
The Force24 data validation tool is an in-application feature that allows you to segment your data based on
their identified deliverability rating. We can offer this as a one-off service or on an ongoing, automated basis as
new contacts enter the Force24 platform
Why is this important?
Upon identifying your data's deliverability score, the ability to focus your sending to healthy data helps
to reduce bounce rates and emails costs, builds your IP's trust with sending servers (e.g Microsoft)
and improves insights around engagement patterns. Our new automated in-app data validation tool
ensures that any new data that feeds into the platform is validated automatically. These insights can then be used
to determine frequency of subsequent communications, which in turn, improves deliverability.
How much does it cost?
Our standard price is 4p per record / email address. For one-off validations, you can speak to your
Customer Success Manager who will carry this out. If you would like to activate the automated tool, the cost
again is 4p per record and will be applied automatically to your monthly billing. You can also discuss a monthly credit package with your account / customer success manager who can offer you a deal in the case of higher volumes of contacts entering the Force24 platform, on a monthly basis.
