You can now access all of your monthly deliverability metrics in one place!

To view your monthly report, click on the 'Email Deliverability Report' section of your navigation

Now, select the month you want to view:

You will now be able to view all of the key deliverability metrics, for your full account, for the month selected.

Here's a breakdown of the metrics in the dashboard:

Sent - how many emails were sent that month

Unique opens - individuals who have opened a campaign

Unique open % - the above as a % against total emails sent

Unique clicks - how many individuals have clicked a campaign

Unique click rates - the above as a % based on the total unique opens

Hard bounces -  A permanent bounce (e.g email no longer in use/doesn't exist)

Hard bounce rate - the above as a % based on total emails sent

Unsubscribers - individuals who have unsubscribed from an email campaign

Unsubscribe rate - the above as a % based on unique opens

Complaints - spam complaints are reports made by email recipients against emails they don't want in their inbox

Complaint rate - the above as a % against the total amount of emails sent

As the delivery dashboard is looking at overall statistics, the metrics you see, top-right of the dashboard, are a collective of all email campaign metrics for that month.

You can then view the metrics over time, along with the split by campaign. If you want to change the ordering, you can use the filter below...

You can then view the statistics by Mailbox Provider. This will allow you to gain insight on what providers your customer base use and how different providers are performing:

You can also see the bounces split by type. In this section we also include stats for soft bounces and spam bounces.

A soft bounce is a temporary reason for an email being unable to reach to recipients inbox. This could be due to the inbox being full, for example

A spam bounce is where the Mailbox Provider has rejected the email from being delivered on the basis it could be potential spam.

Finally, at the bottom of the dashboard you can access our colour coded benchmarks. These benchmarks will help guide you through monitoring your deliverability.
