When testing popups it can be useful to see them several times but once viewed the popup will not trigger again for that user.


Using incognito mode can be useful for this but if in the case that the popup showing is tied to a marketing list this will not work.


You can however clear the view in your browser allowing you to check it again after refreshing.


Chrome/ Edge


To do this in Chrome you will need to, on the page with the popup, right click and select inspect (or Ctrl+Shift+i) you will then be shown something like the following:



Here you need to click the 'Application' tab.


Then click the dropdown for local storage.



You should then see a section with your website name in it, click on this and then you will be shown some items, among these should be one named 'f24_popups'. If you right click this and click delete you can then refresh the page and the popup will show again. 



Firefox


To do this in Firefox you will need to, on the page with the popup, right click and select inspect (or Ctrl+Shift+i) you will then be shown something like the following



Here you need to click the 'Storage' tab.


Then click the dropdown for local storage.



You should then see a section with your website name in it, click on this and then you will be shown some items, among these should be one named 'f24_popups'. If you right click this and click delete you can then refresh the page and the popup will show again.
