Modified on: Wed, 26 Feb, 2025 at 3:53 PM

The following article outlines how to configure your domains for sending emails.

To add your email domain to Force24, DNS records are required to be added to your current DNS Zone.

To generate and obtain these DNS records, access your Account Settings via the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of your account and select the Account Settings option.

Or, if you do not have access to your DNS Zone and this is managed by an internal member of the team or an external agency, you can enter their email address in the section below to provide them with the DNS records for implementation:

Once your DNS records have been implemented within your DNS Zone, you can check they are pointing correctly by accessing this area again and each record will have a green tick next to each individual record as below. All records must be pointing correctly for you to be able to send from your subdomain.

(N.B. If the same top level domain is utilised across more than one Force24 account, two additional TXT records are required to be added to your DNS Zone).
