The following article outlines how to configure your domains for sending emails.
Email Configuration
To add your email domain to Force24, DNS records are required to be added to your current DNS Zone.
To generate and obtain these DNS records, access your Account Settings via the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of your account and select the Account Settings option.
Scroll to the Email DNS Configuration section and click Add New Email Subdomain:
Once complete, click Generate DNS records and you will be presented with the created DNS records that will also be stored within the platform should you need to access them again in the future.
To add these records to your DNS Zone, you can copy and paste them directly from Force24:

Once your DNS records have been implemented within your DNS Zone, you can check they are pointing correctly by accessing this area again and each record will have a green tick next to each individual record as below. All records must be pointing correctly for you to be able to send from your subdomain.
(N.B. If the same top level domain is utilised across more than one Force24 account, two additional TXT records are required to be added to your DNS Zone).
