How to view reporting for single-send campaigns.
To look into the reporting for a specific email/SMS campaign go into the 'Your Campaigns' tab and click 'Report' on the right hand side of the relevant campaign.
This will then bring up the report page for your campaign, with the send information at the top of the page:
The campaign report page will be made up of a series of tiles, and in each of the tiles you should be able to change the timeframe that the statistics pull from by clicking on the calendar icon in the top right hand corner.
This will then allow you modify the timescale you are reporting on e.g. Last 30 Days, Last Week.
The first tile of information will be 'Campaign Stats', which shows the Total Emails Delivered and Sent for this campaign, as well as the following statistics:
Email Opens
Unique Opens
Email Clicks
Unique Clicks
Hard Bounces
Soft Bounces
Spam Bounces
Unsubscribes
Full reports of each individual statistic are available by clicking on the relevant number shown in blue. Clicking any one of these blue links will either download an Excel report on the chosen statistic, or give you the option to 'Search Contacts' or 'Export to Excel file'.
'Search contacts' will bring up a list of contacts in the platform who, for example, clicked a link in the email.
The 'Export to Excel file' option will download an Excel report containing all the relevant statistics.
For more information on the difference between Email Clicks/Opens and Unique Clicks/Opens, we have helpful articles on both in our Support Hub: Clicks / Opens.
The next tile down would be the E-Commerce statistics. If you have E-Commerce set up this would track any purchases made by contacts off the back of this campaign.
As shown below, this section tracks Campaign ROI (Return on Investment), Number of Sales, Average Conversion (£) and Conversion Rate.
Next we have the Engagement Timeline which charts the campaign's activity over time, looking at everything from Emails Sent to Web Page Visits.
By clicking on each of the icons in the legend below you can tailor the view of the chart by filtering out certain statistics and focusing on others.
The next tile, Peak Engagement Times, splits the information on Email Clicks and Opens into morning (AM) and afternoon (PM). This allows you to track when your emails are being viewed and interacted with most.
We also have the Link Report tile, which will show for any clickable links in your email, how many times each distinct URL has been clicked.
The final two tiles are Bounce Analysis and Browser Analysis.
Bounce Analysis shows the overall amount of bounces for a campaign, as well as the percentage of contacts that bounced from the total number of contacts the campaign was sent to.
This is also split up into Hard, Soft or Spam bounces, so you can see what types of bounces a particular email campaign has had. For more information on the different types of email bounces, see here.
The Browser Analysis section has a chart showing the type of device used to view your email, and a chart showing what type of web browser your audience used to look at the email.
