1. How do I find it?

Apps in Journeys can be found in two locations; both within your journeys by dragging and dropping your app component onto the builder, or alternatively if you would like to view apps and connections in use, this can be found on the platform on the left-hand side menu or by visiting: https://platform.data-crypt.com/external-apps


2. How do I find the information I need to connect my apps?

3. How can I see what’s connected?

Easily view your connected apps by navigating to the external apps tab on the left-hand panel to see what's currently connected and active.


4. Can I go to support with questions?

Our support hub offers comprehensive assistance, guiding you through app setup and providing app-specific support. Everything you need is available there.


5. What level of technical expertise is required to set up and manage app integrations?

Setting up and managing app integrations was designed to be user-friendly. Follow the authentication guide for your app, sign in, and select your workflow that you’d like to use.


6. What if I want to cancel?

We believe in providing flexibility to our customers. Access to Apps in Journeys is included in your subscription, allowing you to start and stop integrations as needed. You'll only be charged for what you use.

 


Billing and Usage

 

1. What are the T&C’s?

We’ve just made some slight amends to our regular T&C’s to make sure you’re clear on what ‘Apps in Journeys’ is and how to use it!


2. Is it included within my package?

Yes, all our features are accessible to every marketer subscribed to Force24.


3. Do I have to pay for it?

Usage of credits is required for app connections, billed monthly based on usage. You can monitor your usage and pause at any time.


4. Do I have to have my own third-party account to use it?

Yes, you'll need your own account to connect to the apps. Refer to authentication guides for any prerequisites.


5. How can I see my usage?

Your month to date usage can be found on the Force24 platform.


6. What is a credit?

Credits measure usage for each of your apps varying per action. Our aim is to maximise value and efficiency for marketers.


7. When will I be charged for my usage?

Credit usage is billed at the end of each calendar month, alongside other charges.


8. Can I pre-purchase credits?

Speak to your Account Manager if you wish to pre-purchase credits monthly for extensive usage.



App Integration and Management

 

1. What if I can’t see what I use?

We're constantly expanding our connected apps. Feel free to submit feedback through the Feedback form located on the App component.


2. Can I see who accepted the T&C’s?

You can view acceptance details, including who accepted the T&Cs within the App Component or on the External Apps page. 


3. Can I have more than one app connected?

Yes, there's no limit to the number of apps you can connect.


4. How often are new integrations added to the marketplace?

New apps and use cases are released on a regular basis, your feedback helps to guide this. 


5. What happens if there are updates or changes to the connected apps?

As with the Force24 platform we will ensure constant updates to maintain app compatibility and functionality.


6. Is there a trial period available for testing out apps?

Apps in Journeys is free to use, with free credits provided monthly for testing.


7. Are there any compatibility requirements for the apps?

Most apps require an active account; specific requirements are outlined in our support hub.


8. What data is shared between the connected apps?

Data sharing varies by app, adhering to our security policy. Contact your account manager for specifics.


9. How often is the data synchronised between the apps?

Synchronisation frequency varies depending on the app and use case.


10. Is there an approval process for connecting apps?

Access to the Apps in Journeys is granted upon first use, and acceptance details are recorded.


11. What security measures are in place to protect my data when connecting apps?

We ensure secure data transfer via third-party APIs, maintaining data security standards. Reach out to the support team for app-specific queries.
