What is App Marketplace?

Our App Marketplace is like a hub within our platform. It lets you easily link up, automate, and enhance your apps, supercharging your marketing across seven important areas: Alerts and Messages, Event Management and Surveys, Data Capture, Data Enrichment, Chat, Advertising, and Sales Tools. The apps we have available have been carefully selected to enhance your marketing experience, and we are always adding more.

How do I use it?

In order to get started using the App Marketplace feature you should firstly navigate to your 'App Marketplace' tab within the platform; and read and confirm the terms & conditions displayed. When these have been confirmed, the user who confirmed this will be displayed alongside the time and date this was actioned along the bottom of the tab.



After accepting the terms and conditions you will now have access to several options such as 'alerts and messages' or 'data capture'. And you can view who accepted these terms and conditions beneath all of these options.


Selecting one of these options will allow you to choose the best option for you and your current campaigns. For example, you could use the 'chat' option and intercom to create contacts within your account and drive valuable conversations.


Once you have selected the option that you wish to use, you will be met with a option to sign-in/authenticate your account. Linking your Force24 and App together for initial use.


In order to connect to different apps, there may be a different authentication process. You can access all authentication guides here.


Once connected you can begin to use the app selected; choosing your marketing list or campaign within the selected App to begin your new sequence all managed within the App Marketplace that can be stopped and started at any time.

How do I stop one of my connections?

  1. Access 'App Marketplace' within the Force24 Platform. 
  2. Navigate to the bottom of this tab.
  3. You will then be able to see all of your currently active connections. 
  4. Simply press the 'stop' function on the far right of the connection and this will be stopped. You are then able to start it again at any time.



How am I billed for usage?

You are billed on the number of credits used per active connection. You can see the value of an action in the top right of the selected app. For example; Zap-post would be 3 credits per transaction.

 You can also view your credits used per month here. This is shown as a total credits value at the top right of the 'active connections' menu.
