As part of the set up service offered by Force24, your brand colours will have already been added to the Portal.  



If you would like to use a colour not currently showing in your 'Branded Colours' selection you have two options:


1. Use a Custom Colour

This is the best option for one off or infrequent use of a certain colour.


If you know the Hex code (#******) you can enter this directly into the 'Custom Colour' box. 



Alternatively, you can click on the colour wheel to the right and pick one by sight:



2. Add to your Branded Colours selection

If you regularly use a colour not currently featured within your selection, you may wish to add this so it features as an option in your 'Branded Colours' selection.


To do this click on Account Settings in the top right corner:



Next, scroll down to the 'Colors' section, where you may already have some colours added, and select the '+' icon on the right hand side.





This will prompt you to name and add the colour of your choice using either the hex code or the colour wheel selector.



Finally click 'Add' and your new colour will be added to your Branded Palette. Your newly added colour will now appear as an option when changing backgrounds in snippets.


Colours can also be added via the email builder via the '+' icon that appears when changing colours.

After pressing the + icon you will see a modal to add the name and colour of your new brand colour. This will mean you are able to use this colour throughout your template, without accessing the settings section.
