Users within SoAmpli will be set up as either an Admin, an Amplifier, or an Advocate.

These three user types have different permissions in SoAmpli, with Admin having the most, and Advocates having the least.

Admin

Admins have full access to the platform, they can create posts, channels, tags, add new users and manage their permissions and make general admin-level changes to the account. They also have the ability to view and reschedule other users content from the calendar.

Amplifier

Amplifiers can create posts, as part of the setup of SoAmpli, you can decide whether a an Amplifier has can share their created content, or notify an admin user the post to be approved before being available for others to share.  They do not have access to manage users of the platform or other admin-level settings.

Advocate

Advocates are effectively "share only" users. They can access the content in your feed and share it to their own social accounts, but cannot create posts/content themselves within SoAmpli, and cannot "amp/unamp".

If a user is unable to see the "create post" option, this will mean they are an advocate. If you need to manage your user permissions, any Admin user can do so within the My Team section of SoAmpli.
