You may see this notice pop up at the top of your SoAmpli dashboard:
This means that the authentication may have expired for one or more of your social media accounts that are connected to SoAmpli.
To re-authenticate the relevant accounts, click the social icon next to 'click here to resolve':
This will take you straight to the log-in screen of that particular social platform. Simply log back into your account here and you will be re-connected and ready to share again via SoAmpli:
You will also see a similar notification in the Your Profile section, indicating which accounts have expired and need reconnecting:
Again, when you click on either of the "Expired" accounts, it will bring up the respective social platforms sign in page, allowing you to re-authenticate with SoAmpli.
