Under the Statistics tab in SoAmpli, you will find your reporting suite.
This contains two main sections, titled Leaderboard and Stats.
In the Leaderboard section, you will see a ranking of all your team members based on their activity and reach when posting via the platform.
This will show how many clicks, posts and shares have been generated by each user, as well as the reach of their social media posts.
In this article we will be focusing on the Stats section, however if you want to read more about it, we have another article about the Leaderboard tool here (insert once links generated).
Now we will navigate to Stats from the tab menu. This section looks at your teams activity as a whole, rather than by individual users.
In both sections you can alter the date range for the system to look at, whether you need just the last weeks, months or years worth of reporting, you can set the time frame to exactly what you want.
In the top panel, you will see a breakdown of overall stats in the selected time period, including number of active users, EMV savings, posts, shares and clicks etc.
Where you see the View More option, you can look at these figures broken down by the account type used to share the content, i.e. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
If you keep scrolling past the first panel, you will see a series of graphs and reporting metrics that you can use to track your teams progress with SoAmpli.
These include reports on Click-throughs, Shares, Social Reach, Replies, Likes and more.
You will also find reports that compile your top 3 posts by Click-through or by amount of shares. These are valuable metrics to use to analyse the types of content getting the most traction on your social channels.
These 'Top 3 Post' reports will also give you the option to share directly from this area of the platform, any posts that appear in your Top 3.
And finally, back to the top of the Stats page, you will find an option to export all of your stats as a PDF file:
