The master user in your Force24 platform is the primary user linked to your account. This user has the highest level of access.


If you need to change who the master user is, we’ll need to make that change for you. Just send the following information to us via email (support@force24.co.uk) or live chat:

  • The username of the current master user (as it appears in the platform)

  • The username of the user you'd like to assign as the new master user

  • Confirmation from the master user, or confirmation that the master user has left the business

  • A reason for the change

Once we have those details, and everything checks out, our team will take care of it for you.
