In both the Force24 platform and the Support Hub, you'll see a circular button in the bottom-right corner. Click this to open your help menu.

Help Us Help You Faster

To get the fastest support when raising a ticket or in live chat, please include as much of the following as you can:

What you're trying to do

  • A brief summary of your goal

  • What’s going wrong (error messages, unexpected behaviour, or blockers)

  • When you noticed it (e.g. today, after a send, after editing something)

  • Anything you’ve already tried (e.g. re-saving, previewing, switching browsers)

Where it’s happening

  • Journey name or ID

  • Email template or form name

  • Microsite, microsite page and/or page URL

  • Website (from Website Management)

  • Data upload job ID, marketing list ID, or campaign ID

Optional extras

  • A screenshot or screen recording (if helpful)
