Our Support Hub is packed with helpful articles, walkthroughs and best practice guides. Whether you’re trying something new or troubleshooting an issue, it’s a great place to search first.


Use the Help Button

In both the Force24 platform and the Support Hub, you’ll see a circular help button in the bottom-right corner. Click it to open your help menu, where you can:

Whether you’re contacting us by ticket or live chat, the more detail you can include, the quicker we can help. If you can, please tell us:

What you’re trying to do

  • A short description of your goal

  • What’s going wrong (e.g. error messages or blockers)

  • When it started (e.g. today, after sending, after editing something)

  • Anything you’ve tried already (e.g. previewing, re-saving, switching browser)

Where it’s happening

  • Journey name or ID

  • Email template or form name

  • Microsite, microsite page and/or page URL

  • Website (from Website Management)

  • Data upload job ID, marketing list ID or campaign ID

  • A screenshot or screen recording (if helpful)
