Start With Training
We recommend starting with our self-paced training modules. They cover all the core features of the platform and are a great way to build your knowledge.
Once you’ve completed the modules, you can book a live session with a product expert for tailored support:

Our Support Hub is packed with helpful articles, walkthroughs and best practice guides. Whether you’re trying something new or troubleshooting an issue, it’s a great place to search first.
Use the Help Button
In both the Force24 platform and the Support Hub, you’ll see a circular help button in the bottom-right corner. Click it to open your help menu, where you can:
Ask a question (opens live chat with our team)
View past chats and responses under the Messages tab
Live chat is the fastest way to reach us – we usually respond within a few minutes during our open hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30–16:30 (UK time).
