The Quickest Way - Click the Help Button
In both the Force24 platform and the Support Hub, you'll see a circular button in the bottom-right corner. Click this to open your help menu.
From there, you can:
Book time with a product expert (for training)
Ask a question (opens live chat with our team)
Visit the Support Hub (if you’re reading this, you’re already here!)
View your past messages by selecting the Messages tab
Live chat is the fastest way to reach us - you’ll usually get a response within a few minutes in our opening hours Mon-Fri 09:30-16:30 (UK time).

A brief summary of your goal
What’s going wrong (error messages, unexpected behaviour, or blockers)
When you noticed it (e.g. today, after a send, after editing something)
Anything you’ve already tried (e.g. re-saving, previewing, switching browsers)
Where it’s happening
Journey name or ID
Email template or form name
Microsite, microsite page and/or page URL
Website (from Website Management)
Data upload job ID, marketing list ID, or campaign ID
