In this section you will need to paste the URL of the form you wish to capture. The platform will then scan the page and find all the forms on the page. You can then select which form you wish to capture.
If there are multiple forms and you aren't sure which one is which please see the following guide (Finding your Forms ID - Tracking Script (v3))

If 'yes' is selected and the user is a known contacted (already has a cookie set) any information submitted on the form will update that contact's information within the platform

Mapping
Once the previous information has been filled in you can then click the Mapping button. You will then be asked if you wish us to detect your forms fields.
If you select 'yes' the platform will automatically collect these fields as options to map to appropriate standard or Contact extension fields within the platform. If you select 'no' you will have to add the form names manually (see Mapping your form manually using v3 tracking script)
You will then be shown several fields (depending on how many are in your form) that are available to map.
Click the plus icon in the Mapping > Form Field section and select each field you wish to map and then select the appropriate field in the 'Force24 Field' section
Once you have mapped all the forms you wish to capture any other fields can be ignored by either clicking ignore all or by individually clicking the 3 dots on the field and selecting ignore.
Now all fields are either mapped or set to ignore/deleted you can complete the mapping process by clicking Create
Next push these changes through to your tracking script by clicking the push changes button. This needs to be done whenever you add or edit a form's mapping or add a pop-up.
You will also notice on this page your mapped form is added to the Forms section where you can see it's submissions or edit it's configuration. It is also a good idea to do a test submission of this form to check everything has been set correctly.
You are all set! If you have any questions or need any support at all please do not hesitate to contact us via the CHAT function on your Force24 Platform.
