When creating a pop-up, you have the capability to add a form into this pop-up.


To do this, you will need to first select which area of the pop-up you want the form to go. In the below example, it will be placed below the image:



In this example, here the text says 'type something'. If you click here you will get the option to insert a form, by clicking the 'insert form; button second to the right:



You can then select which form you want to use, what the form will be named, which marketing list contacts will fall into once they submit the form and which email address will be notified when someone submits the form:




For contacts to then be able to submit the form, you will also need to add a button below the form. To do this, you will need to add another column into the pop-up, which you can do by dragging and dropping this 1 column box below the form in the pop-up:



If you then click the 'insert button' button, third from the right you can add a cta button:



To get contacts to complete the form when pressing the button, it is important that you click the 'submit form' button on the right hand side:



You can also click the 'Redirect URL' button if you want people to be redirected to another web page after submitting the form, or the 'Close Pop-up' button, if you just want the pop-up to close after submission.
