If you’ve edited a form in Force24 but the live microsite link still shows the old version, you’ll need to ensure three steps are completed: saving the form, updating the microsite page, and publishing the microsite.

1. Save your edited form
After making changes, click Save at the top right of the form editor. Without this, your edits will not be available for use.

2. Update the form on the microsite page

  • Go to Microsites and select the relevant microsite

  • Hover over the page containing the form and click Edit

  • Click into the microsite page so that the black editing bar appears at the top

  • Click a blank area within the form until the edit icon (pencil on a page) appears, then click it

  • You’ll be prompted that a new version of the form is available - confirm you want to use it

  • Click Save on the microsite page

3. Publish the microsite

  • In the Microsites list, click the three dots beside your microsite

  • Select Publish

  • Choose your settings (they can match previous settings) and confirm

  • Wait for the publish confirmation

Once published, your live link should display the updated form. If you still see the earlier version after publishing, clear your browser cache and perform a hard reload as described in Why can’t I see the latest version of my microsite on the live site?
